Fresh Western Halloween Weekend Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Fresh Western Halloween Weekend Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Fresh Western Holdings, LLC, 2600 E Southlake Blvd., STE 120-306, Southlake, TX 76092 ("Sponsor" or "Fresh Western").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliated entities are not eligible.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins October 30, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter through either of the following methods:

A. Qualifying Purchase (Automatic Entry)

Place an eligible order at www.freshwestern.com during the Promotion Period. Each eligible purchaser will automatically receive one (1) entry. No separate registration is required.

B. Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Visit https://www.freshwestern.com/pages/halloween-weekend-giveaway-entry-form during the Promotion Period and submit the entry form with your full name, email address, and other required eligibility information.

No purchase, payment, or marketing subscription is required to enter.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method or number of purchases. Multiple orders, email addresses, or entry submissions do not increase the number of eligible entries.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

A. Order Refund or Fresh Western Gift Card: $100 Total Stated Value

• Winner with a Qualifying Purchase: Sponsor will refund the amount actually paid for one eligible Fresh Western order, including shipping and applicable sales taxes, up to $100. If the order total is less than $100, Sponsor will award the remaining balance as a Fresh Western electronic gift card. The combined refund and gift card value will equal $100.

• Winner Without a Qualifying Purchase: Sponsor will award a $100 Fresh Western electronic gift card.

A "Qualifying Purchase" is an order placed directly through freshwestern.com during the Promotion Period, successfully paid for, and not subsequently canceled, fully refunded, or charged back.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Fresh Western gift cards may be redeemed at freshwestern.com and are subject to applicable gift card terms and laws.

B. Signed Fresh Western Hat

The winner, regardless of entry method will also receive one (1) Fresh Western hat signed by Parker McCollum. Sponsor will determine the hat style and color, subject to availability. Shipping to the winner will be provided at no charge.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 plus the retail value of one Fresh Western hat, estimated at $36, for a total prize package ARV of $136. The autograph is not assigned a separate monetary value.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

Limit one (1) prize package per winner. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as required by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary and permitted by law. Any applicable taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification

Sponsor will notify the potential winner using the email address associated with the winning entry within three (3) business days following the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days and may be required to verify eligibility and complete reasonable prize-claim documentation.

If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within the stated period, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify entries involving fraud, automated submissions, manipulation, or attempts to circumvent entry limits.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.

9. Liability and Publicity

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete submissions, or communication errors beyond its reasonable control.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner may be asked to consent to the use of their first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and handled according to Fresh Western's Privacy Policy:

Entering the Promotion does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing emails or text messages.

11. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Winner Information

To request the winner's name and state of residence, contact Sponsor using the mailing address listed above within thirty (30) days following the drawing. Sponsor will provide information as required by applicable law.
